This Privacy Notice explains how Wolfed Out Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use Investing Dividend Tracker (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for personal data you provide to us through the Service.
1. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, login credentials.
- Profile data: display name, preferred currency.
- Financial tracking data: holdings, dividends, accounts, transactions and notes you add to the Service.
- Communications: support messages and feedback you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, usage and telemetry data.
2. How and why we use your data
- Provide the Service — to create your account, store and display your portfolio, and deliver dividend alerts (legal basis: contract performance).
- Security & fraud prevention — to detect and prevent abuse (legal basis: legitimate interests).
- Product improvement — to understand usage and improve features (legal basis: legitimate interests).
- Customer support — to respond to your enquiries (legal basis: contract performance / legitimate interests).
- Legal compliance — where we are required to (legal basis: legal obligation).
3. Sharing your data
- Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, analytics and email delivery providers who process data on our behalf.
- Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for sales, subscription management, payment processing, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle is an independent data controller for payment data.
- Professional advisers: legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
- Authorities: where required by law.
4. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside the UK and EEA. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and portfolio data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. UK/EEA users also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We will respond to verified requests within one month.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls and authenticated database access (Row-Level Security) to protect your data.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
