Privacy Notice

Last updated: 23 August 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how Wolfed Out Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use Investing Dividend Tracker (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for personal data you provide to us through the Service.

1. Personal data we collect

2. How and why we use your data

3. Sharing your data

4. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the UK and EEA. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

4a. Staff access to portfolio data

Our administrators can see aggregate, banded statistics about portfolio sizes (for example how many users fall into a value range) and operational details such as the number of holdings you track, when you last used the app and which lifecycle emails you received. Exact individual portfolio balances are not surfaced in our admin tools. Support staff may access data you send us in a support conversation in order to answer it, and technical staff may access records where strictly necessary to investigate a fault, security incident or legal obligation.

4b. Email engagement

Lifecycle and digest emails we send may include an invisible pixel and tracked links so we can measure opens and clicks and stop sending emails that are unwanted. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time from the link in the email or your account settings; we will still send essential service emails such as password resets and billing notices.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and portfolio data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

6. Your rights

You can export your holdings and dividend history at any time from your account page, and delete your account from the same place, which removes your portfolio data.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. UK/EEA users also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We will respond to verified requests within one month.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls and authenticated database access (Row-Level Security) to protect your data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Contact

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, please contact us through the Service.
