These Terms govern your use of Investing Dividend Tracker (the "Service"), provided by Wolfed Out Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Investing Dividend Tracker is a personal portfolio tracking and record-keeping tool. You enter or import your own holdings and the Service organises them into a dividend calendar, forecasts and summaries. Information shown in the app is for general informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and is not a personal recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. All investment decisions are your own responsibility.
We are not a broker, dealer, custodian, investment adviser, portfolio manager or financial institution. We do not hold client money or assets, do not execute, arrange or transmit orders, and do not provide investment advice, discretionary management or a personal recommendation as those terms are used in UK and EU financial services regulation. Nothing in the Service should be treated as an inducement to buy or sell a financial instrument. Any watchlists, curated stock lists, scores, forecasts or AI-generated summaries are educational and generic in nature and take no account of your objectives, financial situation or needs.
Prices, yields, ex-dividend dates, pay dates, currency conversions and company information are supplied by third-party data providers and are estimates that may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Where a company has not confirmed a pay date, the Service may show an estimated date derived from historical patterns and typical settlement timing; these are clearly labelled and can change. You must verify all figures against your broker or the company's own investor-relations announcements before relying on them. We are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on third-party data.
The Service includes community discussions and shared payout posts. That content is created by users, is not reviewed or endorsed by us, and is not advice. Do not treat other users' posts as a recommendation. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach our acceptable use rules.
Tax figures, withholding estimates and calculator outputs are illustrative only and do not constitute tax advice. Tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and may change. Speak to a qualified tax adviser.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
You must not: use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently; infringe anyone's intellectual property; introduce malware; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service; scrape or harvest data; or interfere with security or other users.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Pricing, billing, taxes and renewal mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, a payment method is required and the subscription converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then. You can cancel at any time from your account page or through Paddle; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
Right of withdrawal (UK/EU consumers). You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. By starting to use the digital Service immediately you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose that right once the Service has been fully supplied. Our own refund policy, which may be more generous, is set out on our refund page and is administered by Paddle.
We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, branding and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or circumvent its technical limits.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Market data and dividend information is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data within a reasonable period before deletion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not permit such limitation.
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For questions about these Terms, please contact us through the Service. For payment, refund, billing or invoice queries, please contact Paddle at paddle.net.
