If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.
Because Investing Dividend Tracker is a digital subscription service that gives you immediate ongoing access to premium features, payments made after the 14-day window are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will keep access to Pro features until that period ends. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
To request a refund within the 14-day window, please visit paddle.net and use the order details from your purchase receipt, or contact us through the Service.
This refund policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly through the Service. We may also issue refunds outside the 14-day window in our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service unavailability.
